Order and customer data belongs to you, the merchant. We process this data on your behalf. End-customer data (names, phones, addresses) is stored in your Firestore collection and is accessible only to you.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Firebase Auth), and access controls. Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 90 days. You can request data export at any time.
