By accessing or using Ordegate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Ordegate provides a SaaS ordering infrastructure that enables businesses to create branded digital storefronts, manage products, accept orders, and process payments. The Platform includes web-based dashboards, POS systems, and storefront templates.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Ordegate charges zero commission on orders. Payment gateway fees (Paymob, PayPal, etc.) are charged separately by those providers. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (products, images, branding). You grant Ordegate a license to host, display, and distribute this content solely to operate the Platform on your behalf.
You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, to distribute harmful content, to infringe on intellectual property, or to interfere with the Platform's operation.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Ordegate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
Ordegate is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
